Brigitte is an experienced coach, consultant, author, speaker and mentor with a career spanning 27 years in executive management, executive coaching and consulting. Her expertise is in empowering and unleashing leaders to optimise their true potential and achieve success on their terms through coaching, training and facilitation. Prior to her 15-year coaching career, Brigitte held senior management positions across several industries including automotive, banking, telecommunications and entertainment. Her expertise in leading large teams through complex strategic and operational change initiatives, delivered many successful outcomes from a profit and cultural perspective. Brigitte coaches senior leadership teams in private equity, government, investment banking, education and health care among other industries. Brigitte has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, a Certificate IV in Coaching from the Life Coaching Academy (U.K.), practitioner level Neuro Linguistic Programming, Certificate in Executive Coaching, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Victoria is a 100 Women in Finance Australia committee member and in her day role, Vice President and Institutional Account Manager in the PIMCO Sydney office. Victoria is a member of the Responsible Investment Association Australia (RIAA) working group on human rights and the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) working group on Transition to Zero Carbon. Victoria has 13 years of investment and financial services experience and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Sydney. She has also completed her Certificate of Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge and the PRI Academy’s Responsible Investment Essentials course. Victoria is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
