Greetings from Pam

Dear ITP,

Sending warm greetings from rainy Northern California! Hope you're riding the headwaters of change with presence, resilience and an open heart wherever you may roam. As fellow seekers, what an ideal time to tap more deeply into our practice for new insights, centering and finding pathways forward. As the world turns, we learn to pivot with it!

So, I invite you to pour yourself a cup of tea, relax, and read what our contributing writers have to say about the "power of the pivot," how they make their adjustments to stay connected to the energy flow, no matter what! Their stories may spark something new or familiar to try out or to simply enjoy.

We hope this fall newsletter brings you nourishment, inspiration, and an appreciation of the extraordinary human capacity to shift gears internally and externally, moment to moment, and especially under the confounding demands of our times.

.

"The universe is in the business of delivering up the unpredictable," writes George Leonard. Check out the videos and articles below in Practice Resources for examples of practices to generate states of harmony, connection, ease, and well being. Do let us know what you discover, and we'd love you to share your own stories of the power of pivot and practices which uplift you on your journey.

Thank you for your presence in our ITP community. Together we can imagine and create a world which enlivens and nurtures all of life.

Blessings of peace, love and joy,

Pam Kramer
