Important notes: Before you make any travel arrangements, you must take approval from your campus based on your university guidelines. The cut-off date for discounted rates for most hotel reservations is March 15, 2022. Please make your travel arrangements to arrive in Tallahassee on April 5, 2022, to be able to attend a pre-forum event in the evening. For questions related to travel or any other matter related to the forum, write to CESSRST at cessrst@ccny.cuny.edu with general inquiries and to CESSRST Budget Office at cessrstpayments@ccny.cuny.edu with budget-related inquiries. A special meeting with the CESSRST leadership will be held on March 22, 2022, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm ET to discuss the forum and answer questions related to it.
