Live in Gratitude
Practice Kindness and Generosity of Spirit

We extend a warm and abundant Happy Thanksgiving to each of you! We hope you have a holiday filled with connection, love, joy and peace.

May you take time to pause, reflect on all that you are grateful for and all the blessings in your life. A daily practice of gratitude helps us to be kinder and generous in spirit with ourselves and each other. To live in gratitude helps us to live with more joy, happiness and acceptance and to keep things in perspective. Notice how the energy of gratitude can shift and uplift your mood and attitude! We are most Grateful to each of you for being a part of our community and the connection we share!

May you continue to grow in awareness of the Sacred and remember and experience the Sacred in your daily life. May we all continue to expand our capacity to be of service to ourselves, our families, our communities and our world. May we remember the importance of kindness and generosity of spirit during this ongoing pandemic. May we be kind to ourselves and each other and may we generously listen to ourselves and each other. May we all continue to grow in awareness and elevate our consciousness to benefit ourselves and our world.

"Beginning to tune into even the minutest feelings of... gratitude softens us...
If we begin to acknowledge these moments, and cherish them... then no matter how fleeting and tiny this good heart may seem, it will gradually, at its own speed, expand." Pema Chodron
"Gratitude is an all-out experience. It's cheating to be grateful only for the good things that happen and to shun the bad. This isn't to say that we want bad things to happen to us, just that if we can be grateful for the soul-lessons inherent in the difficulties that befall us, then our souls will be able to grow and mature. Otherwise, we never progress, because we fail to use the hardships that dog us to become more loving, more patient, more present, more kind. M.J. Ryan
"If there is to be any peace it will come through being, not having." Henry Miller
