Topic: Shift your perspective
This month, we’re focusing on strategies to help you and your team manage burnout. While rest and replenishment can ease exhaustion and enhance efficacy, they don’t fully address the root causes. Back at work, the same challenges—impossible workloads, conflicts, or limited resources—may remain.
Shifting your mindset can help mitigate these stressors. Consider what aspects of your situation are fixed and which can change. Delegating tasks, even critical ones, can free up energy for meaningful work. Focusing on the parts of your role that energize you, building positive relationships, or seeking support and recognition can foster a sense of control and fulfillment. By reframing your perspective, you can regain resilience and balance, even in challenging circumstances.
