Women of Faith Conference
September 29-October 2; Elkhart, IN
Join us as African American women lead us through prophetic witness and holistic healing. Utilizing Mennonite Women USA's Sisterhood Masterclass & Sister Care Seminar, we will address issues of diversity, equity and inclusion as we experience Christ together in fellowship and worship. This is a joint undertaking by Mennonite Women USA and Mennonite Mission Network

Mennonite Mission Network is committed to supporting African American leaders through mission outreach that connects people to Christ and each other, as well as training and resources that foster equal opportunities and shared learning. Our goal is that these experiences model the body of Christ — infused by love, peace, healing, and salvation — making our witness available to the world.

Participants will take part in two sessions:

  • MW Sisterhood Masterclass – The Masterclass is designed to lead women through conversations about building bridges across racial, cultural, and socio-economic divides. It encourages women to lead in their churches and communities to seek and build relationships with people very different from themselves.
  • MW Sister Care seminar – Sister Care seminars provide women with tools for ongoing personal healing, recognizing and celebrating God's grace in their lives, and responding more confidently and effectively to the needs of others in their families, congregations and communities.

Cost is $75. We hope to see you there!
Coffee & Conversation gatherings are a safe space for women to ask questions and share ideas.

We have three C&C's coming up this fall that we hope you can join.

When we listen to one another, we create an environment where we can process our thoughts and begin to work together to affect real change. Since the pandemic, we have begun hosting these gatherings on Zoom, allowing for a wide variety of women to join the conversation.
For this third installment of our Sisterhood Bible Study Guide series, Executive Director Cyneatha Millsaps weaves for us a tapestry of stories from the women in her life. Stories are an integral part of who we are as a people - they are how we teach, empathize, remember, and heal. In this guide, Cyneatha weaves together stories from diverse women and stories from the Bible with an invitation to share your stories to create your own Sisterhood Tapestry with your group. Cost is $10 for individual use and $50 for groups.
As you can see, we're doing important work at MW USA. From offering resources and support to women throughout the church to the seminars and scholarships we offer around the world. Your contributions ensure that we can continue to do this good work.
