Caregivers' field trip on July 18 of visiting Britannia Shipyards at Steveston
Recently, we welcomed Rosana Loo, our new caregiver navigator, to the team. She has been adapting quickly and taking over the overall coordination of Caregiver Hub. Meanwhile, Rachel Qian will continue to support the program on a part-time basis. The program contact remains 604-279-7099 / caregivernavigator@rcrg.org.

Like a tree, our Hub is growing prosperously with the cultivation of all stakeholders including RCRG staff, community partners and caregivers. We've been sparing no efforts to service the well-being of local caregivers and community!
In the past month, we completed two field trips of visiting Britannia Shipyards and Billz Beez & Berryz Farm in Richmond. We also started the new series of water-color painting. We are proud of bringing some respite opportunities for caregivers and at the mean time, introducing them and their loved ones to more beauty of the community they live in.

Linda’s husband passed away 3 months ago. She had been taking care of him for over 20 years. While looking ahead for the future, Linda also reflected on the past journey and would like to share with us.

In her sharing, we would see Linda figured her own way of making it work. It was a mix of happiness, stress and rewards. We are so touched and inspired by the loving moments of Linda and her husband. It makes us cherish what we have and our life even more.

Thanks for sharing, Linda!
Would you like to share your stories or tips? You cannot imagine how much you could inspire or help another in the community! Welcome to call us at 604-279-7099, or email caregivernavigator@rcrg.org.
