The STRONG challenge kicks off in TWO DAYS!

STEP 1 -

Print the tracker and write your goal(s) at the top. Download here.


STEP 2 -

Find an accountability partner. This can be a family member, a friend, a coworker or someone in our virtual accountability groups (see below)


STEP 3 -

Explore exercise options:

  • Videos on the StrongLife Website (beginning Monday)
  • Y Wellness 24/7 - registration info coming on Monday
  • York County YMCA YouTube Channel
  • At the YMCA - if you are not a Y member, you can visit the Y once per week to participate in classes, swim in our pools or workout in the Wellness Center

JOIN A VIRTUAL SMALL GROUP TO HELP SUPPORT YOUR JOURNEY

StrongLives Small Groups are weekly Zoom meetings on Tuesdays during the STRONG Challenge to help connect people together in a safe space!


Share your wins, passions, struggles, and seek encouragement and accountability in the process. You are 95% more likely to achieve your goals when you have an accountability partner!
