Exemplary performance on a call

ECO Danny Yanez received the highest honor of Exemplary Performance from QPR for a Domestic-Advice call on April 23. The evaluator noted, “The amount of patience and explanation you provided to the caller was beyond reproach.” There was an outstanding display of customer service as he explained to the citizen that their issue was important when they feared that they were “wasting time.” ECO Yanez was recognized for having an amazing amount of perception and insight because the caller thought their recorded call was enough for a report. Yanez explained that there were options for an officer to contact them and provide the best course of action. Congratulations to ECO Yanez!
