2022 Committee Application CORE Realtors and Affiliate members are needed for 2022 CORE Committees. Workgroups at CORE include committees and task forces and are one of the key channels by which member voices are incorporated into plans and actions. Current committee members who wish to stay on that workgroup should reapply. Note – workgroups are planned to meet virtually in 2022, with the potential for rare in-person meetings at either of the CORE offices. To learn more about the committees, view this video. New NJ Private Well Testing Requirements Take Effect Soon On December 1, new requirements for the Private Well Testing Act (PWTA) adopted by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) last year will take effect. Under the PWTA, testing is required as part of a real estate transaction. Additional information on the new rule can be found here.
