MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING
Honoring Our Veterans
Words cannot express the gratitude felt towards our veterans for their service to our country. Did you know that Nampa City Hall has a Veterans Memorial located on the east side of the property? It was constructed by local veterans and friends on November 11, 1985 “with the hope and prayer that there will be no future wars.”

If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to visit the memorial and read the plaques listed there. This year we also replaced the neon on the eternal flame with updated LED flickering lights. A special thank you to the Nampa Garden Club volunteers who have adopted the memorial and dedicate their time and talents to make it a beautiful space for the entire community to enjoy!

Please join me in pausing to honor our veterans Thurs., November 11.
-Mayor Debbie Kling
