Celebrating HK’s Founder, Bob Hoover
on his 91st Birthday
July is a special month at Hoover Krepelka, LLP, as we celebrate the birthday of HK’s Founder, Robert L. Hoover. This year Bob is counting 91 candles, and we were delighted to host a special event at our office in honor of this momentous occasion. Thank you to Bob’s legal colleagues, family, friends, trusted advisors, and teammates for making Bob’s Birthday Celebration an extraordinary occasion.
On top of his 91st birthday celebration, July also marks Bob’s 62nd anniversary practicing family law. Since 1960, Bob has practiced family law and helped HK responsibly grow into the largest family law firm in Northern California (which exclusively practices family law). For over six decades, Bob has and continues to educate, advocate and act in the best interests of thousands of clients. He is an inspiration to us all!

Happy Work Anniversary and Happy Birthday, Bob! Thank you for the legacy you have created.
Mitchell Hoover – Summer Intern
Please join us in welcoming Mitchell Hoover, Summer Intern. Mitchell is a recent graduate of UC Santa Barbara, and was just commissioned to the US Army where he will begin in October as a Second Lieutenant. This week, Mitchell is assisting our team and experiencing the day-to-day activities of a family law firm. He learned about family law by sitting in on legal strategy meetings and observing hearings and trials. We especially appreciate him carrying heavy boxes of trial binders and exhibits to and from the courthouse!

Mitchell is the grandson of HK’s founder, Robert L. Hoover and the nephew of James J. Hoover, Partner and CFLS. We’re sharing a few photos of Michell receiving his 1st official military salute from Bob Hoover (US Air Force, ret.) at Mitchell’s Army commissioning ceremony in June 2022. Congratulations on your graduation and commissioning Mitchell, and thank you for spending some time with us at HK this summer.

We thank you in advance for your service and wish you the very best on your journey in the military. Perhaps we will see you back at HK for a legal career in the future!
