Congress Considering ERISA Changes That Would Impact Texas Injury Benefit Programs

Governor Abbott Appoints Jeff Nelson as Commissioner of Workers' Compensation

Jeff Nelson understands the Texas Model and why our system works better than any other state. 2. Encourage your clients to get the QCARE designation. Service providers can serve as an authorized representative to get the QCARE designation for their clients.

4. Present an educational session. Planning is in process now for ARAWC's continued educational offerings.
