We are about 260 days until our in-person ISBNPA 2023 meeting in Uppsala, Sweden.
Our last newsletter asked about your preferences regarding the Annual Meeting format and calendar.
The results were aligned with ISBNPA Executive Committee opinions. Hence we are happy to announce that the 2023 ISBNPA Annual Meeting will have:
- One in-person meeting in Uppsala, June 14-17, 2023.
- One virtual meeting in late September 2023.
We started working on the details of this new and exciting format. Stay tuned for more information soon.
For now, we can say that the in-person meeting will be identical to the annual meetings held before the pandemic. We will have keynotes, symposia, oral and poster sessions, and, of course, the gala dinner and all the networking opportunities.
The virtual meeting will also have scientific presentations based on the calls for abstracts and symposia.
Click HERE or the meeting logo below to visit the annual meeting page.

Emerging researcher international survey
We are seeking students and ECRs to participate in a survey to understand the challenges, needs, and opportunities for emerging behavioral nutrition and physical activity researchers in (post-)pandemic times.
This project will explore the personal and professional challenges students and ECRs experience during the pandemic, and identify what developmental needs they have and what opportunities they would like to be provided with now and into the future.
If you are a student (e.g., undergraduate, master or PhD) or ECR (e.g., post-doctoral researcher, research fellow) interested in taking part in a brief online survey or want more information, visit this LINK.
On completion of the survey, you will have the chance to enter the prize draw to win a 1 year ISBNPA membership.
Please share widely with your networks.
