Yesterday, at the age of 96, Britain lost a Queen, a Mother, a Grandmother a Great-Grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. She was Britain's longest reigning Monarch spending 70 years on the throne.


The Queen was associated with over 600 charities throughout the UK. Besides charitable donations, she was also a public spokeswoman or president of some of these organizations. . She was an integral part of many public and service organizations.
