Meet the masters...

Pilates Reformer is a unique and amazing full body workout. But, when it is taught by a unique and extremely talented group of trainers, results are proven to be superior!

Meet Heather (top left) - Heather has worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years focusing on personal training and Pilates for the past 5 years. She has a passion for the Pilates Reformer due to it’s transformational ability to correct the posture she’s always struggled with. As a fitness professional, she recognizes how immensely valuable the Reformer is for building a solid foundation of strength and flexibility in people of all fitness levels. In her classes, you’ll enjoy a slower, meditative pace with an emphasis on breath work and proper form while learning how you’re improving postural strength.

Meet Melissa (top right) - Melissa is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher, teaching primarily small group and private reformer sessions at the beginner-intermediate level. She is also a 500 hour vinyasa yoga teacher and barre teacher trained in the Dailey Method. Her Pilates training is through Pilates Sports Center with continuing education through Balanced Body. Her classes are a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire. In class, she will challenge you to move intentionally in proper form and increase your awareness of your body's imbalances and compensatory patterns. Her class will help you move better and feel better!

Meet Fernanda (bottom left) - Fernanda is a certified fitness professional and Pilates instructor. She received her training from NETA and STOTT Pilates. Fernanda enjoys teaching both individual and group Pilates. She stays current on changes in the fitness industry through continuing education courses, conferences, and workshops, then implements program changes for her students and clients. Fernanda believes Pilates allows students to build awareness as well as discover new things about their bodies and how they move regardless of age, previous experience or injury.

Meet Christelle (bottom right) - Christelle started her journey in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer 20 years ago. She discovered Pilates 10 years later and saw its extensive potential to help not only her current clientele but also assist a broader type of clientele with various unique needs.

She holds a Pilates Reformer Level 1 certification with NETA, has since worked with beginner to intermediate level clientele on one on one and semi-private training sessions. She is dedicated to listening to your wants and needs, teaching you how to use your body properly and efficiently, ensuring you are having an empowering and fun experience while being challenged where you need to be. She is looking forward to meeting you!
