The Oklahoma Municipal League recently announced the hiring of two new staff members. OML has hired Adrianne Covington Graham as Director of Programs and Leslie Blair as Director of Communications.

"Adrianne and Leslie are dedicated public servants who have spent their careers focused on making Oklahoma a better place," said Mike Fina, Executive Director of OML. "We are excited to have them join our staff and work with our cities and towns as we move Oklahoma forward.

Graham has a focused career in community engagement, organizational development, strategic planning, and program management in the continuing adult education and nonprofit sectors. "Providing access to high-quality education has remained a constant in my career," said Graham. "I started this journey providing certification programs for public utility employees and spent the last several years engaging K-12 students and teachers in science, technology, engineering, and math education. I am thrilled to be back in the adult education sector and look forward to meeting the programmatic needs of municipalities across the state."

Leslie Blair has extensive experience in State Government in the Communications and Legislative areas. "Oklahoma is only as strong as the cities and towns that make up our state," said Blair. "In order for Oklahoma to grow and prosper, our communities must lead the way. I look forward to working with local elected officials to help them share their stories."
