A thriving wage for every citizen of Colorado is a goal Westminster Public Schools and the Rocky Mountain Partnership shares. I am honored to be a part of making this a reality and with the coalition of the committed we have the collective vision, will, and talent to supply individuals to fill the top jobs in critical sectors in our region.


In the spirit of collaboration and regional synergy, I am excited to share that Rocky Mountain Partnership has been named a key partner in our development of a state-of-the-art multi-purpose Innovation, Career and Technical Education campus, ‘Ranum Reimagined.’ I invite you to learn more about this exciting project and the opportunities that exist for collaboration. I would also like to invite everyone to our groundbreaking ceremony.


RMP is officially adopting Ranum Reimagined as a key project in their strategic goal of increasing the supply of quality talent in the local economy to meet the demand of our critical sector employers. We are stronger together and our organizations will jointly apply for the 'Opportunity Now Colorado' grant funding to support a coordinated regional effort to achieve our shared goal.

About 'Ranum Reimagined'

What is the 'Ranum Reimagined' Project?

Westminster Public Schools is bringing together K-12 education, postsecondary, industry, and other community entities together to development of a state-of-the-art multi-purpose Innovation, Career and Technical Education campus, ‘Ranum Reimagined.’


This innovative center will help to increase the supply of talent to Top Jobs and critical sectors in the region by:

  • Expanding and enhancing current CTE and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) innovation programing
  • Bringing K-12, postsecondary and industry partners together to support the alignment of skills and training to meet current and future workforce needs
  • Supporting learners of all ages to engage in upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and access navigation and wraparound supports along their journeys


The innovative center is being developed in the spirit of working 'better together.' Rocky Mountain Partnership has been named as one of several key partners across the talent supply ecosystem participating in this effort.

The Rocky Mountain Partnership is working to increase the supply of talent to Top Jobs and critical sectors in this region.


The 'Ranum Reimagined' project is one of several projects underway through the network towards this goal.


Other projects that have launched already include:

  • Develop a hub of data, information, and resources to illustrate the supply of talent available for Top Jobs and critical sectors

Attend the Groundbreaking Ceremony for 'Ranum Reimagined'

Join Westminster Public Schools on Wednesday, December 14 at their groundbreaking event for 'Ranum Reimagined.'


The groundbreaking ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM with student musical performances along with hot chocolate and holiday cookies.

About the 'Opportunity Now Colorado' Grant Program

Westminster Public Schools and RMP Partners Jointly Applying for 'Opportunity Now Colorado' Grant Funding

Westminster Public Schools is currently working with RMP Partners as the lead applicant on a collaborative application for the 'Opportunity Now Colorado' grant program to support regional efforts to increase the supply of talent to Top Jobs and critical sectors.


This includes seeking funding for the 'Ranum Reimagined' project, as well as investing in infrastructure that will not only help this model be successful, but scale additional effective practices and partnerships to other school districts and workforce development efforts across the region.

What is the 'Opportunity Now Colorado' Grant Program?

Opportunity Now Colorado is an $85 million grant program seeding transformative change for Colorado's Workforce.


Employers, educational institutions, and workforce innovators collaborating to improve economic mobility for Colorado's earners and learners are invited to submit a letter of intent for one of three funding tracks:


  • Planning grants for organizations and partnerships in the research or initial development phase of a program


  • Seed grants to spur innovation in education to employment pipelines and workforce development by creating new partnership and solutions


  • Scale grants to grow evidence-based practices in education and workforce development that meet employer needs and increase economic mobility
