St. Francis Xavier Families,

Our Christmas Concert is on Thursday, December 19th. Doors will open at 5:30pm and ALL students should report in Christmas best to their classrooms by 5:45pm sharp. We ask that you leave ALL coats in the car or downstairs with you so that students do NOT have to go back to the classrooms after the performance.

Our SEC moms will be hosting a 50/50 raffle at the concert to help reach their fundraising goal. Thank you in advance for your generosity.

One more week until break! Just another friendly reminder that there is an 11:30am dismissal on Friday with no extended.

I am very excited to announce our Christmas Card winners! We have chosen a top winner in each class and an overall winner which will be displayed on our school Christmas card! The winners are as follows:

3rd Grade: Grace

6th Grade Kourtney

7th Grade: Mariel

Our overall winner to be displayed on our Christmas card is.... Kendyl in grade 5! A BIG congratulations to all our artists who participated and especially our winners!

Because we know life gets busy-- we want you to have the date early so you can plan ahead!

In order to be fair to all- because this is a mandatory performance- if your child does not attend- there will be a make-up assignment given. We understand many families are juggling sports and dance classes and other activities, but we do ask for full participation at our Christmas Concert!

If there is a grave reason your child can not attend, please email Mrs. Girouard so she can plan accoordingly.
