QUICK LINKS
Hello Kiwanians!
We do it year after year. Why? Because we recognize there is an ongoing need and we want to make the lives of children in our communities a little better, a little brighter. It is part of what we do as Kiwanians.

GRANT DOLLARS AVAILABLE
Does your club sponsor a K-Kids, Builders Club or Aktion Club?
Did you know there are grant dollars available for your SLP?
Grant dollars are available again this year for K-Kids, Builders Clubs and Aktion Clubs from the special LaRue Fund for Service Leadership Programs (SLP). These grants provide opportunities for existing SLP clubs as well as the formation of new clubs.
For K-Kids and Builders Clubs, 10 grants of up to $100 each are available for each of the SLPs. Grants are to be used to support opening new clubs or for
special collaborative service projects or other innovative projects in existing clubs.

Aktion Clubs may also receive one of 10 grants of up to $100 that are available.
Aktion Club grants are to be used for regional meetings, special transportation
needs, service projects, club building or other needs.

Sponsoring Kiwanis clubs need to apply for the grants on behalf of their SLPs.
These grant dollars are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
So apply today!

The Awards Committee is busily reviewing the 90 nominations received by the deadlines for these two awards. Award recipients will be announced during a YouTube livestream on Feb. 16, 2023.
