Join the Moreno Valley City Council and hundreds of your fellow neighbors from 8 a.m. to noon as we maintain the beauty of Adrienne Mitchell Memorial Park in District 1 and Woodland Park in District 3.

Beautify MoVal is a great way to give back to your community, meet your neighbors, and spend a beautiful Moreno Valley day outdoors. We'll meet at City Hall at 8 a.m. for coffee, pastries, and fun before setting off to spruce up our parks!

Our annual Public Safety Expo will take place on Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Moreno Valley Civic Center. The Public Safety Expo is a fantastic opportunity to meet and greet Moreno Valley's finest and bravest. This fun and family-friendly event features hands-on exhibits, exciting demonstrations, music, food, giveaways, and so much more!

Get to know your Moreno Valley first responders, investigate exciting career opportunities, and watch amazing Police and Fire Department demonstrations!

Get Rid of Bulky Items For Free Tomorrow

Are you doing some spring cleaning and need to get rid of a bulky item? Stop by our Free Dump Day tomorrow, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Waste Management transfer station, 17700 Indian Street.

Acceptable items include washers/dryers, TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, box springs, mattresses, patio furniture, e-waste, green waste, and more!

Items NOT accepted include chemicals, pesticides, oils, paints, batteries, engines, tires, propane tanks, or fluorescent light tubes.

Join us at the Civic Center Amphitheater on Saturday, June 17, at 1 p.m. for our annual Juneteenth festival. Our Juneteenth festival is a free and fun celebration featuring delicious food, great musical acts, and fun and games for the entire family!

We can't wait to see you there! The Civic Center Amphitheater is located at 14075 Frederick Street, behind the Conference and Recreation Center.

Pet of the Week: Aldo

Our Pet of the Week is Aldo, an incredibly adorable three-year-old Pit Bull mix. Aldo has become a huge hit at the Shelter due to his sweet and playful nature, and he gets along with just about anybody! Aldo wants nothing more than to spend his days with an outgoing family who loves to go on walks and give belly rubs.
