Studio Pilates Fitness & Wellness Centre is a boutique fitness & pilates studio offering group exercise classes and personal training. Our instructors are certified movement leaders and our team is here for YOU. Each leader on our team has passion & compassion for health promotion, for raising others up, and for creating an atmosphere of inclusion and positive energy.
Our class schedule is designed to provide variety and to be appealing to all fitness levels and different fitness stages of life. We offer mild to high intensity classes, and everything in between. In every class you'll be offered variations on the exercises so you can choose movements that you're comfortable with.
