Studio Pilates Fitness & Wellness Centre is a boutique fitness & pilates studio offering group exercise classes and personal training. Our instructors are certified movement leaders and our team is here for YOU. Each leader on our team has passion & compassion for health promotion, for raising others up, and for creating an atmosphere of inclusion and positive energy.


Our class schedule is designed to provide variety and to be appealing to all fitness levels and different fitness stages of life. We offer mild to high intensity classes, and everything in between. In every class you'll be offered variations on the exercises so you can choose movements that you're comfortable with.

YOGABARRE


A beautiful blend of Barre & Yoga for a lengthening and strengthening workout.  Improve joint mobility, neuromuscular activation, strength, balance, an breathwork.


Fridays 10:30am

FRIDAY EVE

SPIN & YIN


Heart, lungs, & legs for calorie blasting, endorphin surging fun!  Follow this up with Yin Yoga to calm the nervous system, lengthening muscles, and unwind at the end of your week


45 min pure psycle

BIKE HIIT

Mix it Up!

This high energy workout has you on the bike for 3-5 min for cardio intervals, then beside the bike for strength exercise combos!

Full Body, full energy workout!

FLOW


A lovely all levels fitness class mixing low impact cardio with resistance exercises.  Bands, balls, light weights... Improve your balance, mobility, muscular strength, core, and heart health.


Mondays 10:30-11:20am

Pilates Class Added!

 

Pilates equipment is designed to provide assistance AND resistance to your body.  Spring tension on the machines both supports the body as well as provides feedback to the muscles.  Non impact, safe, and effective exercise to strengthen the core, improve posture, elongate muscles, mobilize & decompress joints.  Safe for all fitness levels.

More BARRE Added!


Barre is a low impact toning workout derived from ballet & pilates.  You'll feel improved joint function, stronger core, hips, legs, & feet, and improved balance!  In Barre class you will understand what it means to 'earn the burn'!


Note: 'Barre Sculpt' is a muscular strength class and 'Raise The Barre' adds cardio blasts to the strength work.

Join Bailey Martineau for a fun movement and connection class for kids ages 5-8, and their loving adult!

Bailey is a certified children's yoga instructor and has a tickle trunk full of activities to encourage children to connect to their bodies and their surroundings.

We're happy to offer students

(middle school, high school, or post secondary) a discount of 15% off any Studio Pilates Fitness Membership or Class Pass. Student pricing is available when purchased in person at our reception desk.  Student ID is required.
