2022 Annual Meeting on February 17

Dear GCA member,
In accordance with Commonwealth of Virginia laws and our own by-laws, I am convening, and inviting you to attend, the 2022 Annual Meeting of our Glenmore Community Association (GCA). Out of an abundance of caution given the continued spread and impact from the COVID-19 virus, this will be a virtual meeting using online tools to provide video and audio links for our members.

Date & Time: Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM EST

Location: GoToMeeting online service at the following link

The meeting package is available for you to view, download, and/or print using this link: 2022 GCA Annual Meeting Package

There are 3 open positions for the GCA Board and 3 candidates have volunteered to serve. You can view, download, and/or print the short bios for the candidates using this link: 2022 GCA Annual Meeting-- Candidates for GCA Board of Directors

Your GCA Board of Directors have approved a resolution to amend our GCA by-laws regarding how our GCA Directors engage in committees and sub-committees. The by-laws require all amendments to be approved by you, our voting members. The Proxy/Ballot form at this link is for your use to cast your vote for the Board candidates as well as approving the change to the by-laws: Proxy/Ballot to Vote on Board Candidates and Approve Change to GCA By-laws

On behalf of the GCA Board of Directors and your fellow Glenmore residents I strongly urge you to view, complete, and submit your Proxy/Ballot using one of the methods and instructions given on that form. We need your vote or proxy in order to achieve quorum and to continue to act on your behalf to keep Glenmore the beautiful community it is.

I thank you, in advance.

Sincerely,

Gardner Lloyd
President, Glenmore Community Association
