West Side Stories Petaluma believes that everyone has a story. Their goal? To give those stories a forum. After producing successful shows where stand-up comedians told their stories, former comic turned storyteller, Dave Pokorny sought to accommodate all those people who asked, “When can I tell my story?” And to encourage those people who doubted they had a story worth telling.

Next Event - Wednesday, October 5

Century 21 Bundesen, along with donations from a few of the participating restaurants, is covering all expenses so that 100% of raffle sales will benefit COTS, a local nonprofit that assists people in their transition from homelessness to a permanent home. Their mission is to end homelessness in Sonoma County.

Tickets on sale through October 12 at Century 21 Epic Petaluma & Bundesen Property Management.

After five years of work, countless meetings, thousands of hours of design and construction — plus a few delays caused by the pandemic — Petaluma artist David Best has unveiled his newest sculpture, River Arch.

Downtown Petaluma is already hopping with great places to eat and drink, and even more venues are set to welcome guests this fall and beyond.

Starting January 1, 2023, the hourly minimum wage for all employees working within the Petaluma city limits will be $17.06. The 2023 wage reflects a 7.6% cost of living increase on the 2022 wage, based on the Bay Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W). The annual CPI increase aligns with the State (July – June) using the prior year’s Bay Area CPI-W.

The City of Petaluma is requesting the community's input on their plans to rehabilitate Kenilworth Park, which is located just outside the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds, adjacent to the Petaluma Regional Library and Kenilworth Recreation Center.

Kenilworth is the largest community park serving the mid-town area and is in need of overall site improvements to better serve the community’s growing needs.
