Prayer for the month of October
O Victorious Lady, Thou who has ever such powerful influence with Thy Divine Son, in conquering the hardest of hearts, intercede for those for whom we pray, that their hearts being softened by the ways of Divine Grace, they may return to the unity of the true Faith, through Christ, our Lord. Amen. Our Lady of Victory, Pray for us!

Our Lady of Mercy and St. Joseph pray for us.

Reminder from the Attendance Office regarding disruptions to the school day:
In addition to a high number of students arriving late to school, there has been an excessive amount of last minute requests for dismissals for appointments during the school day. We understand that sometimes appointments during the school day may be unavoidable, however we ask that, as much as possible, families plan ahead and physical notes are brought to the attendance office in the morning before homeroom, and that dismissals are planned so that the times are at class change. It is very disruptive to have so many students coming and going during class time.

In case you missed it:
COVID-19 Information

As of Friday, October 22, there is one reported active positive cases of COVID-19 among CCHS students, faculty and staff.

September 22 Update from Nurse Holder: Home COVID tests are not as reliable as a lab test, therefore only the Rapid or the PCR are acceptable for proof of positive or negative COVID test.

COVID Protocols and Procedures: If a student is going to be out of school due to COVID (positive test and/or exposure), please contact Kathie Holder, CCHS school nurse at kaholder@charlottecatholic.com or 704-543-0139. The nurse’s office will notify the attendance office as well as the student’s teachers, counselors and school administrators. Please do not contact the teachers or counselors to report. They will be made aware and make any necessary arrangements with the student AFTER receiving verification from the nurse regarding a COVID-related absence.
