Hello Sally!

Does your mind tend to wander in long meetings? Us too. Even engaging speakers can start to sound like Charlie Brown's teacher—"Blah, blah-blah blah blah."

Break up the monotony and reinforce your point with large, colorful, professionally printed meeting graphics from Beeline and Blue.

We've been printing a number of these lately as companies return to work. Agendas, vision & value statements, work procedures and schedules have all been printed as large foam board displays and posters.

Trial attorneys are experts on using these presentation graphics to help illustrate time lines and crime scenes. Check out the tips we learned from them in the list below.

Plan on one foot for every five feet of viewing distance. A 20-foot long conference table will require graphics at least 4 foot wide graphics.

••• Magnets and Metal •••

Need to be interactive? We can utilize magnet stock and coated metal to create graphics you can rearrange. This is technique is also great for custom scheduling or in/out-of-office boards.

••• Skip the Glitch •••

Meetings offsite often come technology challenges. Guarantee your information will be seen by printing your critical slides large enough for a crowd to see.

It may be old school, but it never fails.

••• We Deliver •••
