Parent Volunteer Expectations
St. Anthony on the Lake School is a strong, vibrant school due to the help of
many volunteers!
This year we are fortunate to provide more variety of volunteer opportunities to parents
and be able to use classroom volunteers. In addition to any volunteer duties you wish to do, all
families are expected to sign up for 3 specific duties per trimester (See link above). This includes playground, lunch serving, lunchroom helper, or health room. If you are unable to come to help during the school day, you are asked to sign up and then get a sub from the sub list.
Please sign up for your required two time slots! These are our immediate needs:
Sep 7 - Lunch Helper
Sep 12- Lunch Server (2)
Sep 13 -Lunch Server
Sep 14 - Lunch Server
Sep 16 - Lunch Server
All duties will take place from 11:15-12:45pm (11:30am arrival time for Health Room).
Please note: ALL volunteers must participate in Safe Environment education before they may
volunteer.

Special Volunteer Opportunities
We have a couple special volunteer opportunity needs throughout the school year! Please contact
the school office for additional information.
• Co-Scrip Leader – Help maintain the Scrip program.
• Catholic Schools Walk Coordinator– perfect for someone interested in fundraising. Proceeds go
directly back to the school for tuition assistance.
• Field Day/High Interest Day Coordinator – Friday, May 26th. More details to follow.
“Soles for Education” is now “Catholic Schools Walk”
We are currently seeking a chairperson and some additional individuals for our "Catholic School Walk" (formerly "Soles for Education") Event on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Schools are asked to plan a local community event that will raise money toward a fundraising goal to benefit their Catholic school. If you are interested, please contact Rebekah.
Safe Environment Education
Anyone who is volunteering in any manner here at St. Anthony
on the Lake will need to participate in a one-time training titled “Safe Environment Education”.
This training is mandated by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Training is now available
virtually. To register please go to “Safe Environment” page on the Milwaukee Archdiocese website and click on register for Safe Environment (on the left hand side of the page). Again, this training, along with a background check is a one-time training requirement for all adults.
