From the CEO's Desk

Chamber staff are well into planning and preparing for our first event of the fall, Business After Hours this evening at the Thorpe Bros. Funeral Home and Chapel. Thank you to the record number of pre-registrants! Look forward to seeing you there. The rest of the week involves a deep dive into our municipal election with the City of Brantford, as the Chamber will co-produce the televised debates being recorded on Wednesday and Thursday at RogersTV Brantford. Look forward to the air dates and YouTube publication dates as soon as the shows are edited, through our social media channels.

Nearly all employers and organizations are challenged for labour and volunteers right now, due to many factors. On the volunteer side, please consider one of many opportunities with the Chamber of Commerce, from a standing committee, to an event committee, or in a leadership capacity with the Board of Directors. The Chamber, and/or one of our many non-profits, offer efficient and effective ways to become involved in improving our community. Reach out to David for more information.

Have a great week!

Dave
