Join us for a virtual presentation with Dr. Arloski as he discusses wellness and the process of lifestyle/behavior change, so that you can make successful, healthy changes in your own life!

You can obtain a free bag of groceries once a week from Shared Harvest if you are currently enrolled in classes at any NWTC Regional Learning Center location. Each bag has the equivalent of one day’s worth of food: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
