The Sankofa STEM Academy is off to a great start! This five-week academic enrichment program for middle school students is taking place in person at Davenport University. Students spend Monday-Thursday each week focusing on STEM learning on campus. They are taking classes in Math, Science, English, Coding, Personal Finance, and College Success. So far cybersecurity professionals and engineers have come to speak to the students and we have gone roller skating and to the movies!
