Join the Fight Against Period Poverty and Stigma
To celebrate Period Action Day on October 9th, we are partnering with PERIOD to bring awareness to period poverty and stigma. Branches and Members: join us by hosting your own period kit drive or through fundraising, either in person or virtually!

Here's how:

Help the cause by contributing to the virtual period drive, a wishlist co-sponsored by PERIOD. Through the Right Gift page, you can easily donate menstrual products directly to communities in need. Click below to get started!
Get recognized for your incredible work on this campaign. Once you have organized or participated in an in-person or virtual period drive, fill out this form, and we'll showcase your work on social media!

The deadline to submit this form is October 9th by 11:59pm EST so that we can showcase everyone's donations on October 11th, the International Day of the Girl.
Follow this link to join our fundraising team. Then forward the fundraiser to your branches and networks to collect contributions for this incredible cause. Together, we can fight menstrual poverty and stigma!
Be sure to follow our social media @amwapremed to learn more about menstrual health and menstrual poverty throughout the next few days! And don't forget to disseminate this information to your friends and network to maximize the impact of this important campaign.
