WCLS HOSTING LAST BIRCH BAY VOGT COMMUNITY LIBRARY INFORMATION SESSION WITH CHRISTINE PERKINS
Whatcom County Library System Executive Director Christine Perkins will host one last online community meetings to share information and to answer your questions about the proposed Birch Bay Vogt Community Library.

People who live within the boundaries of the proposed Library Capital Facility Area (LCFA) will vote Nov. 2 to determine if they will fund construction of the 7,600 square-foot library through property taxes.

All sessions are online via the Zoom video platform. Pre-registration is required. Visit wcls.org/happenings and choose one of the four dates (or click a date above). We will email a link to you prior to the meeting. The first session will be recorded and shared on the library system’s website, wcls.org/birchbay

Visit wcls.org/birchbay to see a fly-through animation of the proposed library, design schematics, a project overview, and a map of the proposed LCFA’s boundaries. We hope to see you at an information session.
