Reunification Discernment Committee

Reflecting on Reunification

Parish Engagement Packet

The Reunification Discernment Committee needs YOU, the parishes of our dioceses, to engage in discernment, to talk with one another and to us too. Your experiences and thoughts are essential to informing and helping us guide this process. This "Reflecting on Reunification Parish Engagement Packet" contains all you need to participate. We invite you to talk about the challenges you’re facing as a congregation, the impact your parish has on lives and in your community, ideas for how a reunified diocese could strengthen your ministries and callings, what you feel you need to know to make an informed decision on reunification, and whatever else you’d like to share with us at this point in the discernment process. We look forward to hearing from you by January 10, 2025! Click here for more information.

Meet the New Campus Ministry Developer!

Eric Richey will begin work as Province V’s Campus Ministry Developer in January, 2025. He has spent nearly two decades sharing in Christ’s ministry alongside high school and college students, most recently serving for over 9 years with CCO Campus Ministry. Since 2021, the primary focus of his work with the CCO has involved training, coaching, and encouraging congregations as they sought to lovingly welcome and disciple college students in their unique ministry contexts. Eric lives with his wife, Alicia, and their 6 children, in a racially, socioeconomically, and ideologically diverse urban neighborhood in Cincinnati, OH. In recent years, they have been blessed to find a spiritual home in the Episcopal Church and they actively participate in the life of the community at Church of the Advent.

If you are interested in connecting with Eric, fill out this form, and he will be in touch with you in early 2025!
