THE WEEKLY UPDATE
That’s a wrap on our Summer Food Program for 2022! Over the seven weeks of summer we packed and delivered an estimated 7,800 meals. On top of that, starting in June, all of the church’s food outreach transitioned over to The Block Community Outreach as well. It was a big summer for food outreach and missions!

A huge thanks to all those who served in leadership roles and everyone who transported produce, staged and packed the food, and delivered it! You truly acted as God’s hands and feet into our community.

Last week, school went back into session and our Weekend Food Program resumed. You may be wondering how Summer Food Program and Weekend Food Program are different...Click to read more
SERMON SERIES
August 7-28
Bread is a common theme throughout Scripture. On the night that He was handed over to suffering and death, Jesus took bread, blessed it, broke it, and gave it to His disciples as a picture of His body being given for the life of the world. On Sunday, Pastor Jeff will continue our series by considering how our lives are blessed by God’s brokenness. Join us Sunday On The Hill as we continue Blessed, Broken, Given at 9:30 am in the chapel or 11:00 am in the worship center.
SERVE

One of our values is Serving Together, which means life is about service not, “serve us.” Because this is true, we know that serving changes everything.

Don’t worry, there are lots of different ways that you can get involved at Church on the Hill. SAVE THE DATE! On September 11 from 10:30-11:00 am and 12:00-12:30 pm in the Food Court, we will host a Service Fair to give you the chance to find your place to serve. While you are there, we’ll have a friendly competition between the different ministry areas! Vote for the best decorated table and grab a donut while you look for your opportunity to serve. Visit onthehill.life/service-fair for more information.
