Prayers for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI
Pope Francis is asking for prayers for his predecessor Pope Benedict XVI after the Vatican said on Wednesday that the 95-year-old former pontiff's health had "worsened."
"I would like to ask all of you for a special prayer for Pope Emeritus Benedict, who, in silence, is sustaining the Church," the Pope said. "He is very sick, asking the Lord to console and sustain him in this witness of love for the Church, until the end."
Francis later visited the former Pope, who resides in a monastery on the Vatican's grounds, per Reuters.

QUEEN OF THE ROSARY SCHOOL REPORT
Queen of the Rosary School performed their annual Christmas concert on December 15th. Grades K-8 performed Christmas classics with 8th Grade Student Council President, Adorina Gorail, as MC. Highlights of the concert include a traditional French carol sung in two-part round by the 4th grade class, "Joy To the World" performed on ukuleles by the 3rd grade class, and a very special "12 Days of QR Christmas" written for the 7th grade class by music teacher, Ms. Lee. 8th graders Josh Aguilar and Josh Maxwell accompanied the 3rd and 8th grade performances on ukulele and piano respectively.
