Our next Oconto Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Membership Meeting is Thursday, Aug. 18 at 7:30am at HSHS St. Claire Memorial Hospital (855 S. Main St., Oconto Falls). All registered members are encouraged to attend. A light breakfast will be available. (No need to RSVP.)

HSHS will be sharing the work of N.E.W. HOPE Coalition (Northeast Wisconsin Heroin Opioid Prevention Education). HOPE Coalition works to improve treatment, prevention, and recovery of substance use disorder and opioid use disorder. *Masking guidelines are in place when entering the hospital.

It's hard to believe! The final concert of the Music by the River Series is Aug. 26 at the Oconto Falls East Side Beach. We had a great time in June and July.
Let's go out with a bang! Please volunteer the August concert, featuring music by the Adam Trask Band.

Help Leadership Oconto County Create Leaders for Tomorrow
Leadership Oconto County is a 501c3 that creates leaders today for tomorrow. The organization is looking for sponsors for its 10-month program which begins in August. The program includes rigorous leadership training, a beneficial community project, and a visit to all corners of the county.

Tuesday Farmers Market
The Oconto County Farmers Market is open Tuesdays from 4-8 at Highland Square, in front of Quicklube and next to Family Dollar. Stop at the Chamber booth and say Hi.
Oconto County Fair
Ride the rides, visit the animals, enjoy the grandstand shows, and much, much more at the Oconto County Fair, Aug. 18-21 at Zippel Park, Gillett.
Clear Vision Golf Outing
The Oconto Falls Lions Club Clear Vision Golf Outing will be Saturday, Aug. 20, at 2pm at River Island Golf Course, Oconto Falls.

Register for Run for the Trails
Lace up your running shoes and join us for a fall race to benefit the trails in the Oconto Falls area. Registration is open for Run for the Trails, Saturday, Sept. 24, in Oconto Falls. Race events include a 5K, 10K and half-marathon. Run or volunteer!
Shop for Bargains in the Falls
City-wide rummage sales take place Thursday-Saturday in Oconto Falls. Visit the Oconto Falls Library's book sale. Grab lunch at Grace Lutheran Church from 10am-2pm on Friday, and shop for bargains at the 25 sales in the area. Collectibles, clothing, furniture - something for everyone!
White Christmas Auditions
Abrams Spotlight Productions Inc. will hold auditions 6-8:30 p.m. Aug. 23 & 24 for “White Christmas,” to be presented Dec. 1-4 and 8-11. Come prepared to sing a song, read from the script, and learn a short dance. Rehearsals begin in August. No experience necessary. Men & women 15 and up are needed,
