Our latest innovation is a bench top system for optimizing your vitrification workflow for Cryo-EM. It consists of a manual plunge cooler, an ethane cryostat and temperature controller. Available as a complete system or each component individually.

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Christopher Russo, MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, users can confidently prepare grids using a time-tested design that is optimized for results and easy use.

Great for preparing grids for single particle analysis (SPA), cryogenic electron tomography (Cryo-ET), micro-crystal electron diffraction (MicroED), and more!

The Cryostat system is based on a paper at AIP Publishing by Christopher J Russo et al.. In the paper they layout the reasoning and need for a Cryostat system.
