CONSTRUCTION STARTS NOV. 15

The $26.2M Irving Boulevard Reconstruction project will bring a more walkable, green thoroughfare to downtown, supporting the city’s goal to evolve Irving’s Heritage District into a destination location.

The project is anticipated to be completed late 2023.

IRVING BOULEVARD ROAD CLOSURES BEGIN NOV. 15

Through July 2022, Irving Boulevard, from N. O'Connor Road to Sowers Road, will be closed.

Westbound traffic will be detoured at O’Connor and proceed north to W. Pioneer Drive. Motorists will travel westbound on Pioneer to reconnect with Irving Boulevard.
