Sacred Scripture Makes Us Wise For Salvation and Sanctification
Greetings!
This summer and since my last newsletter, I have completed teaching Course 1: Bible Study Methods & Rules of Interpretation. I continue to teach my three classes on Course 2: Old Testament Survey. This course's goals are(1):

  1. To teach pastors and church leaders the basic structure, theme and message of the Old Testament and its 39 books as the foundation for the New Testament.
  2. To teach pastors and church leaders the broad sweep of Old Testament theological history as it relates to Israel and God’s plan of redemption.
  3. To lead pastors and church leaders to a clear understanding of the relationship between the Old Testament and the New Testament.
  4. To lead pastors and church leaders to a better understanding of and appreciation for who God is, who man is, the purpose for which man was created, the nature and consequences of sin, the gracious love and mercy of God expressed in redemption, the integrity, unity and value of the Word of God
  5. To encourage pastors and church leaders to learn from the examples and illustrations of the Old Testament.
  6. To encourage pastors and church leaders to walk by faith before God.
  7. To encourage pastors and church leaders to fully obey the Word of God.
  8. To exhort pastors and church leaders to preach and teach the principles,

Testimonies
"Hello! I’m a pastor and have been doing pastoral work for 3 years. I’m not a trained pastor and I didn’t receive any pastoral training. I took responsibility of the church after our senior pastor died. There is no available theology or pastor training here. Most of the people/members do not have the wages or time to finish the course. They are trying to make a living. Most of the village churches in our country lack trained pastors. But my heart’s desire was to receive Biblical training and I prayed for this every day.

In December of 2021, a CCI teacher arranged an orientation class in our church about CCI, so I joined the class. My church members and I were very eager to do the CCI classes in our church. It’s a great privilege for me to do the course. I’m grateful to God that He fulfills my desire and provides for us great training. I’m a student of CCI and doing our second book the Old Testament Survey. I’m thankful to CCI that they give us the opportunity to do the course in our church. This course is very effective for us and also for the world."
"I’m doing a job in missions and I also share the Gospel through medical service whenever I get a chance. I was born into a Tribal family named Tripura. I received Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord in 2006 and was baptized on November 22, 2008. A student told me about the CCI training. I began to communicate with the CCI trainer and shared my desire to join the class. He gave me details about the training. My perception was that it was costly and I would need to live abroad for this course, but he explained to me that each person only pays for books. I was surprised! I can participate in class in my country and my place. Wow, it’s a great blessing for me! I’m studying Course 2, Old Testament Survey. I’m grateful to CCI for the chance to do this class. Through this class I’m learning to grow strong spiritually and it is encouraging me for the Great Commission. I pray that, by God’s grace, I will complete the CCI class and join with CCI as a teacher in my area."
