New Case Developments

Representing a leading early education company with hundreds of centers in China, our firm has successfully completed a purchase of a daycare center for the client in Massachusetts.

Working with a commercial tenant client defendant as its legal risk control manager together with its litigation counsel, our team has seen a satisfactory settlement result in about two million dollars, where the client's liability and exposure was at approximately eight million dollars.

Our office has worked with an industrial tooling manufacturer in the U.S. and its Chinese production facility in preparing an extensive license and distribution agreement with its clients in the U.S. and Mexico.
