Fulcrum Network Provider Survey Coming Soon!
Fulcrum is excited to announce that this survey is now electronic! You will receive a link in Mid-July via email to complete the online survey regarding your interactions with Fulcrum Health. A paper survey will not be mailed out to you.

We value your opinion. The feedback we gather from this annual survey helps identify areas of interest and of concern to the Fulcrum Health network. We also use your responses to assist in the development of new programs, supporting materials, and educational opportunities.

If you have any questions or need the survey emailed to you again, feel free to contact us at info@fulcrumhealthinc.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your feedback and ideas with us!
Aetna Service Area Update
Fulcrum Health recently received updated information regarding Aetna’s service area through PreferredOne.

Aetna’s service area through PreferredOne is limited to Minnesota (excluding Rock County) and select counties in North Dakota. Providers outside of this service area are considered out-of-network for Aetna plans utilizing the PreferredOne network. This does not apply to PreferredOne’s plans.

For those providers outside of the newly defined Aetna service area, claims should not be submitted through Fulcrum Health. To determine where claims should be submitted, please contact the number on the back of the member ID card.

For more information regarding Aetna and PreferredOne, please visit the Fulcrum Provider Portal. On the home page, under Your Health Plans you will find the most current Plan Summary Reference Sheets for PreferredOne and Aetna.
AcuNet Network Lunch & Learn
Save the date for Fulcrum’s Brown Bag series for our AcuNet Licensed Acupuncturists! More information to follow for this July 27th event.

Topics will include a review of record keeping requirements, communications, and tour the Fulcrum Provider Portal.
Fulcrum Health Bylaws
As we approach Fulcrum’s 40-year anniversary in chiropractic managed care, Fulcrum Board of Directors recently updated its Bylaws to reflect the evolution of the company.

Effective as of 4/21/22, Fulcrum retains the requirement that the majority of Directors are practicing network providers and removes the language that network providers are members of the organization.

The benefits of being a Fulcrum network provider remain unchanged. These include educational tools and complimentary or low-cost CEU’s, simplified or no prior authorization, support of quality initiatives, and Centers of Excellence designation opportunities.
Changes in Your Practice? Let us Know!

It is vital that you report any practice changes to ensure that we have your current address, phone, fax, and email address. Any changes or corrections to your TIN/name combination should be communicated immediately. The Demographic Updates tab within the Fulcrum Provider Portal offers a quick and electronic means to report changes.

Please email Contracting@fulcrumhealthinc.org with any questions about submission of updates.
We appreciate your continued partnership!
