What the FSMA Produce Safety Rule Says About Hosting Visitors on Your Farm

Farms such as U-Picks, Agritourism ventures, and CSA's routinely welcome visitors onto their farms. Farms covered by the FSMA Produce Safety Rule are required to inform visitors of their on-farm food safety policies. Examples of this may include informing visitors about areas where animals are not allowed, or the general expectations for visitors who are feeling sick. Signs are one way to help visitors understand what is expected of them!
