Families can now log in to PowerSchool to find their elementary school teacher, middle school schedule, and bus routes. You can find out more information about logging onto PowerSchool here. Families new to the school district were sent a letter in the U.S. Mail with their PowerSchool log-on information. If you cannot log in to your PowerSchool account, please contact your school's main office.
School fees can now be paid through MySchoolBucks
Families can now pay their 2021-22 school fees by logging directly into or creating a MySchoolBucks account. The system that emails invoices directly to families is not functioning for all families. However, the invoices can be accessed by logging in to or creating a MySchoolBucks account.

Setting up a MySchoolBucks account
If you have not previously used MySchoolBucks, you will start at the MySchoolBucks homepage, then choose “Sign Up Free” from the left side of the page.

Select “Illinois” then “Community Consolidated School District 89” from the drop-down menus. Next, enter your email address, create a password, and answer the password-retrieval questions. The system will send you an email to allow you to log in to the MySchoolBucks site.

To find your student’s invoices and the school store, enter your student’s first and last name as it appears in PowerSchool. This would be the name you registered your student under.

The system will then ask for your student’s birthdate or school ID number. From there, you will see any invoices listed at the top of the page.

To pay for optional items (such as locks, gym uniforms, and recorders), choose “School Store” then “Store Home” from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Check out by using the cart at the top of the page.

Lunch balances in MyPaymentsPlus accounts were transferred
Any lunch account balances that were in MyPaymentsPlus accounts (the previous lunch payment software used by the district) were transferred to the student's MySchoolBucks lunch account. If you have a MySchoolBucks account for a Glenbard South or Glenbard West student, you do not need to create a new account; you can add your CCSD 89 student to the same account.

The district intended to have invoices emailed directly to families from MySchoolBucks but that functionality did not work for most accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience.
