HVS Athletics Fall Sports: Important Information

Tryouts for Fall Sports are about to begin. As you prepare, Learn more about our programs for student-athletes by reading our web page and handbook. In order to participate in tryouts, please complete the Fall Interest Form.

The purpose of tryouts is to create a fair process for placing the right players on the right team. Student-athletes are evaluated on all dimensions of play, including skill level, sportsmanship, teamwork, and attitude. 

Fall Season Tryout Schedule

Girls Volleyball

Students are expected to attend both days of tryouts, and teams will be posted Friday, September 16th. Tryouts will be Wednesday, September 14, from 2:15-3:45 PM, and Thursday, September 15, from 3:15-4:45 PM.

Boys Flag Football

We will host two rounds of tryouts, and the team will be posted Thursday, September 22. Students need to attend one first-round tryout: Thursday, September 15, from 3:15-4:45 PM or Monday, September 19, from 3:15-4:45 PM. If selected, they are required to attend the second round tryout on Wednesday, September 21, 2:15-3:45 PM.
