Why is fundraising necessary?

This fundraiser raises money for Faculty Education and school programming. As an added bonus 1$ from each bag of coffee sold goes directly towards providing water purification systems to First Nations homes.

All nonprofits rely on fundraising to help keep fees low and to manage initiatives they would not be able to without fundraising (in our case, teacher education and additional school programming).
This is our major school fundraiser for the year. The money raised is the only money raised for Faculty professional education.

Dance schools, figure skating, youth orchestras etc all require families to purchase tickets to their major performances. These tickets pay for the venue as well as helping raise money for our special projects.

All students, not just those attending Viva, are encouraged to participate in this fundraiser.

Each family is asked to sell a minimum of TWO coffee bags.
Selling 14 bags of coffee gets you 1 free friends and family pass (worth 50$)

Our top 3 sellers will receive prizes to be awarded at Viva Suzuki 2022. Tie breaker will be a name draw.
