An undergraduate of The University of Georgia, she earned her law degree, cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2000.  

Candi is an active member of the American Bar Association where she is the immediate past Chair of the Family Law Section of this prestigious organization from 2021-22.
