HMIS@NCCEH System Changes
ART is Retiring
ART transition
WellSky is moving forward with our planned retirement of ART. This will occur on August 11th, 2022. On that date, WellSky will disable all links within Community Services that access ART. Users will need to use the BusinessObjects link and tile to access all BusinessObjects reports going forward.

  • Any reports in ART will need to be downloaded to be saved
  • Any previously scheduled reports will need to be re-scheduled in BusinessObjects
Important BusinessObjects Updates
1) When scheduling or viewing a report,, there are now two Excel options for downloading. Always use Excel- Reports!

Excel- Data pulls raw data, including client personal identifying information. Not only will the report not be in a readable format, it will download sensitive information you do not need.
2) You can now save folders as favorites, which saves a few clicks. To add a folder to the favorites, click on the three dots to the right of the folder, and click "Mark as Favorite". It may be useful to favorite the two main folders users use, as pictured below.
3) Prompts have a new look, though function the same.
Are you ready for BusinessObjects' for advanced reporting?
For advanced reporting, you will now select the SAP BusinessObjects tool. After ART is retired, BusinessObjects will regularly be updated and enhanced.

Save the Dates:

Remember that you are a part of a much larger movement to end homelessness!
The National Alliance to End Homelessness annual conference took place last week and the USICH Executive Director Jeff Olivets addressed participants, saying: "housing is the fundamental solution to homelessness and housing is the foundation upon which so many other good things can happen for people".

We know this is true from the work everyday, but it's good to hear national leaders recognize this too!

Thank you for being the connectors, advocates, supports, and sometimes movers that make housing possible for so many in our community!
