Brightline Trains are One Step Closer to Operation in Boca Raton!


On Tuesday, August 16, City Council members and community partners attended the "topping-off" ceremony for the Brightline Boca Raton station and parking garage -- a milestone signifying the completion of vertical and structural work. The Boca Raton station is scheduled to open by the end of 2022.

Beautification Along

NW 1st Avenue Underway


Adjacent to the Brightline construction, a beautification project is underway along NW 1st Ave - including new sidewalks, street lighting, benches, bike racks, landscaping, and more. NW 1st Ave is closed until work is completed by end of the year.

Newly paved roads on Spanish River Blvd

New Paving Along Spanish River Boulevard


Spanish River Blvd. was recently repaved from Military Trail to Broken Sound Blvd. and the El Rio Canal to Federal Hwy.


The project is in its final stages. Thank you to all the crewmembers who braved the August heat to get the majority of the project done in time for the school year.

Red Reef Park South Restroom Undergoing Renovations


The Red Reef Park South restroom is closed for renovations and will take approximately 5 months to complete. Temporary restrooms are available during this time. The restroom upgrades include new ADA features, plumbing fixtures, tile walls, partitions, sidewalks and more. Learn about more parks upgrades.
