Greetings Partners,
I am thrilled to announce that I, Monique Ladd, will be the new One Stop Operator for Prince George’s County! Angela Smith will now be working as the One Stop Operator for Montgomery County. We will truly miss her presence, leadership and invaluable insight. However, I am excited for this opportunity and look forward to continuing our partnership and servicing the job seekers and businesses of Prince George’s County.
We have made significant strides to connect our businesses with knowledgeable and qualified job seekers. Through this partnership we have produced a variety of resources to share with the residents of Prince George’s county to assist them in reaching their educational and career goals.
The determination and perseverance to assist our community and ensure each resident has the opportunity to succeed is remarkable. We must remain insistent and committed to the ongoing work that is required of a Workforce Development Professional.

THE EPG ETA Team is Offering TWO NEW WORKSHOPS at AJC Largo! | |
We are excited to announce that the EPG ETA team is now offering enriching Computer Literacy and Financial Education workshops, scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
These engaging sessions will take place in-person at the AJC Largo, specifically in Training Room B, creating an interactive environment conducive to learning.
The Computer Literacy workshop is designed to empower participants with essential skills for effectively utilizing computers and navigating technology with confidence. Meanwhile, the Financial Literacy workshop focuses on instilling the knowledge and attitudes necessary for sound financial management, enabling participants to make informed financial decisions and embrace responsible financial behaviors.

Founded in June 2018, Employ Prince George's, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Largo, Maryland. Employ Prince George's is an economic driver Prince George's County and the DC Metropolitan Region, providing nationally recognized community and workforce development programming. Employ Prince George's serves as the principal workforce development entity for Prince George's County, with a mission to improve the local economy by creating a demand-driven workforce system with workforce development programs that deliver qualified workers to businesses, improves the productivity of businesses, and provides job seekers with opportunities for careers in high demand/high growth industries.

ERNESTINE CHAMBERS
Ernestine Chambers is a results oriented, human capital, planning specialist. supported by progressively responsible experience over a 17-year professional career. She brings extensive knowledge in developing teams in government, private and public sectors. Ernestine is the recipient of the National Association of Workforce Development Professional’s 2016 Jodie Spiegel Award. She is a national trainer in diversity, equity & inclusion, results-based accountability framework, leadership development & coaching, all while being proficient in operational service delivery. Ernestine’s experience in training facilitation spans a wide range of industries and includes non-profit grassroot organizations and large corporations. Over the past 7 years, Ernestine has trained over 1,500 individuals, 100 teams, coached 52 executive leaders, and built operational capacity for organizations of approximately $5.6 million through proposal/grant writing. Ernestine’s diverse background, coupled with her innovative facilitation approach has enabled her to provide practical trainings with meaningful impact to upskill staff and organizations alike.
