Changes to Registration in 2021
Advanced Registration is Mandatory
Registration is open for exhibitors and attendees. This year, advanced registration is mandatory to minimise crowding in the lobby area. Registration can be completed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone at any time before the event closes on Thursday, 28 October. Registration cannot be completed at the registration desk this year.

"Scan and Go" Check In
In previous years, Scan and Go check-in in the registration area was optional. This year, everyone is required to check in via Scan and Go using the scan code on their mobile device.

Passport or Local Identification
Additional identification information is required with your registration due to a VIP visitor at the event on Tuesday morning, 26 October. The additional identification information must be included in your registration by Friday, 22 October, in order to enter the hall on Tuesday morning. If you did not already enter this information during registration, you can update your registration using the link in your confirmation email.

MESSAGE FROM IFEMA: SAFETY AND LABOUR RISK REGULATION – COORDINATION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
Here are the minimum instructions regarding individual protection equipment (IPE) during set-up and dismantle periods of trade fairs and events.

As a preventative measure, and due to the concurrence of activities, the obligation to wear protective helmets, high-visibility vests, and security footwear during set-up and dismantle periods of trade fairs and exhibition areas has been established and in effect.

In no case will access to the halls be allowed without the aforementioned individual protection equipment; this instruction affects any person accessing, passing through, working, or merely being present in exhibition halls or outdoor exhibition areas during set-up and dismantle periods.

This instruction sets forth minimal conditions and does not exempt the use of other protective gear that may be required for the execution of specific tasks to be carried out during the above-mentioned set-up and dismantle periods.
